About Noble Healthcare, Noble Vitality Center & Eileen Mahler, FNP-BC
Noble Healthcare Family Clinic provides primary care for the entire family, with individualized treatment plans for every patient age 1 and older. Regular annual wellness visits help prevent chronic problems, detect concerns early and keep you feeling your best at every age.
Alongside family primary care, Noble Vitality Center offers individualized bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and women (including injectables, topicals and pellets) covering menopause symptoms, andropause, low testosterone, fatigue, mood changes and brain fog, as well as GLP-1 weight loss therapy and lifestyle support.
Care is led by Eileen Mahler, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner who brings more than 22 years of healthcare experience to the Prescott community.
Born and raised in Arizona, Eileen grew up in Casa Grande. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Yavapai College in 2004, then worked in the Progressive Critical Care Unit at Tucson Medical Center, caring for patients with complex medical needs. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013 and began practicing in Sierra Vista in 2014.
In 2018, Eileen and her family fulfilled their long-time dream of relocating to Prescott, a community they are proud to call home. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, kayaking and camping with her husband and three sons, and she is learning to play the banjo alongside her boys on guitar, violin and mandolin.
