I created The Vibe Within from a place where science, wellness, and real life intersect.
My foundation in health and wellness began with a degree in kinesiology, where I developed a deeper understanding of human movement, physiology, and the intricate ways our bodies function. That foundation evolved into a career in clinical research, where I've spent years working in regulated medical environments focused on safety, scientific integrity, and measurable outcomes.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working alongside physicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals, gaining firsthand insight into advancements in medicine, innovative technologies, and the remarkable capabilities of the human body.
These experiences shaped how I view wellness — not as a trend or a quick fix, but as an ongoing process rooted in understanding the body and supporting its natural functions. I believe meaningful wellness begins at the cellular level, where the body's most fundamental processes influence how we feel, function, and thrive.
My interest in red and near-infrared light therapy grew from the evolving science surrounding its potential to support mitochondrial function, cellular energy production, and overall well-being through a noninvasive approach.
