Prescott AZ's flagship history museum, on a four-acre campus two blocks west of Courthouse Square. Centerpiece is the original 1864 log Territorial Governor's Mansion - Arizona's first seat of government - surrounded by relocated period buildings, archives, and rotating exhibits on Yavapai County and Arizona Territory history. Founded 1928. Now also rents grounds and the amphitheater for private events.
