About Noble Healthcare Family Clinic and Eileen Mahler, FNP-BC
Noble Healthcare Family Clinic provides primary care for the entire family, with individualized treatment plans for every patient. Regular annual wellness visits help prevent chronic problems, detect concerns early and keep you feeling your best at every age.
Care is provided by Eileen Mahler, FNP-BC, a family nurse practitioner who brings more than 22 years of healthcare experience to the Prescott community.
Born and raised in Arizona, Eileen grew up in Casa Grande. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Yavapai College in 2004, then worked in the Progressive Critical Care Unit at Tucson Medical Center, caring for patients with complex medical needs. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013 and began practicing in Sierra Vista in 2014.
In 2018, Eileen and her family fulfilled their long-time dream of relocating to Prescott, a community they are proud to call home. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, kayaking and camping with her husband and three sons, and she is learning to play the banjo alongside her boys on guitar, violin and mandolin.
Eileen feels blessed and grateful to serve the people of this remarkable region of Arizona.

Noble Healthcare Family Clinic provides primary care for the whole family, for patients age 1 and older.
Does the clinic offer DOT physicals?
Yes. The clinic provides DOT physicals for commercial drivers and offers options to establish primary care if you do not currently have a provider. Telehealth visits are available for drivers traveling on the road.
What should I bring to a DOT physical?
Bring your driver’s license, glasses or contacts and hearing aids if you use them, a list of medications, medical records for any chronic conditions, CPAP compliance reports if you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and blood sugar logs or insulin documentation if applicable.
